Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

Amazing views of the lake and mountains inside and out. With a large covered wrap around deck & open floor plan you will find yourself feeling relaxed and that you are on vacation. Enjoy Ideal beach access, ATV/bike trails from the house (trailer parking), you will find plenty to do all year around! Main floor/Master Bedroom, king bed and 2nd bathroom. Basement/4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2 with bunk beds also and 2 more bathrooms. Upstairs/Bunk room with 6 bunk beds. Sleeps 26 total!

Cabin is close to the beach and Bear Lake Golf Course. Includes access to Ideal Beach Resort (private beach.) Deck on 3 sides and very quiet! High-speed wifi. Minimum stays: weekend - 3 nights, weekdays - 2 nights, any holiday -4 nights. One dog allowed after host approval. We are flexible, DM me for custom stays and longer-stay discounts.
