We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Nestled in the foothills of the South Downs National Park, Luna Pod is located within a walled garden on our working organic farm with far reaching views. Luna Pod has its own private wood fired hot tub, fire pit and BBQ along with all you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Luna Pod is conveniently located close to many local attractions including Charleston House, Firle Place, Glyndebourne & Alfriston amongst others. It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. Buddy's Rest is at the rear of our property 1 night may be available. Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
