Le logement fait partie de la belle Villa Chantereyne de style anglo-normand, la villa la plus proche de l'entrée de la plage de RIVA-BELLA. Indépendant du reste de la maison, il constitue le 1e étage de l'aile arrière de la villa. Très lumineux et très calme, il est totalement neuf avec une surface de 25m2 accessible par une grande terrasse plein sud. Son architecture originale à colombages, avec de grandes fenêtres de forme trapezoidale, lui confère une luminosité et un charme exceptionnels.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Charming fully renovated house 600 m from the sea. Ideal location for discovering the landing beaches. The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds.
