Está en el centro de todo, entre las 2 playas más famosas: La Concha y La Zurriola, se sale del portal y justo está el ayuntamiento a lado. Ofrezco toda mi ayuda y conocimiento sobre la zona, nací y me he criado aquí en San Sebastián. El bulevar es el centro de todo, como la Gran Vía de Madrid, la Diagonal de Barcelona u Oxford Street en Londres. Paran todos los buses locales en frente de casa, a 15 minutos andando de la estación de RENFE y de autobús. El Boulevard es el centro de todo, como la Gran Vía de Madrid, la Diagonal de Barcelona u Oxford Street en Londres. El apartamento está a lado del ayuntamiento.
