This prime location is also within walking distance of the SkyTrain and bus stops. Nearby amenities include stores like Costco and T&T Supermarket, as well as many restaurants and bars. Additionally, residents can enjoy the convenience of a nearby Cineplex and, for those who love to stay active, the famous Seawall is just a few blocks away, perfect for jogging or walk.

It's only a few blocks away from the Gastown nightlife, Canada's largest Chinatown and the internationally known seawall. Half of the bedroom closet is not accessible as I still live here but I have emptied half of the closet and is available for guests. Bonus there is a 1908 players piano and in-suite available AC! Amenities are available based on building maintenance.
