Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The cottage is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, the basilica of Vézelay. It is on one level, large (55 m2) and bright. You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen.
