Redone in 2022, 10 min from Agen train station, 1 hr from Toulouse/Bdx. 4 double bedrooms (air-conditioned, with bathroom + toilet + office), 1 children's dormitory. Summer kitchen with plancha and kamodo. Pétanque, pingpong, deckchairs, various games. 20 min from Walygator & Aqualand, 15 min from the canal port, 2 hrs Arcachon / Cap Ferret, 2 hrs from the ocean, 3 hrs Biarritz. Sheets/Towels/Cleaning at the expense of the tenant.

It is an independent and very comfortable cottage especially during the hot summer weather. The stone walls of the Ciselage effectively temper the accommodation, its terrace located on the east side benefits from shade in the afternoon. The cottage is composed of two en-suite bedrooms, a retro bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen opening onto the 32 m² living room, where there is a sofa bed.
