Bingo. Private-Modern-Remodeled SF Guest Suite

This private 1st floor guest suite has everything you need to start & end your day right: A Comfy Bed & A Pull-Out Couch, Smart TV with Cable, Full Kitchen & A Clean Bathroom. A quick Uber ride will get you to Union Square, Downtown, The Mission, SFO or Moscone Center. Me, my wife & 2 young daughters live on the second floor so you might hear some footsteps occasionally. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Your private space is located on the first floor of our home & has a private entrance. Awaiting inside is a private bedroom with a comfy, queen sized bed and a private bathroom where you can prepare for your daily adventure. Your private living room has a comfy couch with an LED TV that can access Netflix, local cable & is a perfect spot to relax in at the end of a long day. The living room is also the ideal spot to set up the air mattress & extra blankets for the third guest to sleep on at night. Your own kitchenette is also ready for you to cook up a meal to get your day started or to finish it off. IMPORTANT: We are a new family who welcomed home our first daughter on January 2018. Although she is well behaved and tends to sleep through the night, we feel that it is important you know that you are staying in a house with an infant. We live on the private top floor of the house & guests stay in their own private space on the first floor. Because of this, you may occasionally hear footsteps above. We all share the main entry to the home but guests enjoy a private entrance on the first floor through the door with a “Welcome” sign on it. Guests also have access to the shared back yard that can be used to relax & have some morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests DO NOT have access to the garage or the washer/dryer. We try our best to greet all of our guests when they check in and are available for any questions that they might have throughout their stay. We also give our guests privacy to enjoy their stay with us. Near 2 major Highways, 101 & 280, The Portola is a quiet residential district with great freeway access. Getting to & from places with Uber or Lyft is easy & convenient. Get a real sense of how locals live but also enjoy all that SF has to offer. We usually recommend that guests use Uber or Lyft to get around the city because it is quick, convenient, and affordable. We also understand that some guests need a rental car for their trip & luckily, our past guests have not had many issues with finding parking in the streets around our home. We just advise that you be aware of the street cleaning signs so that you can avoid a ticket. If your not in a hurry & want to explore the city, the 8 Bayshore bus stop is located a few blocks away on San Bruno Ave & can take you all the way to the Pier 39 & North Beach area. On it’s way back, it also passes the Union Square area. Since we have an infant, we specifically built the private space with sound deadening materials to minimize the noise that passes between floors. We want to be as transparent as possible with guests so that they are aware of the home they are staying in.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, brand new kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Immaculate, spacious lower level private studio space with private entrance and adjacent parking. Guests have completed contactless private entrance with no host interaction. Comfortable queen bed and attached spa like bath with tub/shower. Studio has a smart 40" TV, microwave and refrigerator, as well as seating area. Snacks, linens, toiletries are provided. Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. Studio on Sunny Side of Bernal - Decklounge Views

This is a big, clean studio with lots of custom details built out by me & my carpenters. It has a fully appointed kitchen & bath. I recently repainted & purchased just about all new everything as it was off of Airbnb for awhile.
