The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

It is a modern and stylish apartment with a brand new building and all the furnishings. The apartment is at the entrance, and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel special, peaceful and positive.
