You can enjoy your barbecue in the large garden. Playground equipment, parking spaces, W-Lan and, if required, baby equipment are available free of charge.

The Room Zimmer 3 is located in Berg-Weiler and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 20 m² property consists of a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This vacation rental includes a shared kitchen for guests to use during their stay. Public transport links are located within walking distance.

The room features two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. There is a small seating area with a table and SAT-TV. The toilet is directly accessible from the room. The private bathroom with shower is located across the hall. A fridge, kettle, and coffee machine are provided in the room. Please note there are no dishes or cutlery available. Standard-size towels are provided, but no bath towels. If needed, you will need to bring your own bath towels.

The Private Room Kippenhausen is located in the Immenstaad-Kippenhausen district, about 1.5 km from the lake. In Kippenhausen, you will find a restaurant, a snack bar, and several fruit stands and farm shops. The double room is offered without breakfast, and breakfast cannot be booked additionally. The spacious, bright guest room is suitable for 1–2 people. It features a private bathroom with shower and WC, TV, and a parking space directly in front of the house.

Located in the quiet center of Hechendorf, you can easily walk to Lake Pilsensee.

Our Keltenhof, rustic and modern, is located in the center of an idyllic small town. We have very fast Wi-Fi, and each room has its own shower in the hallway. The shared kitchen is fully equipped. Immediately in the inviting neighborhood is seasonal gastronomy, a wine press and wine museum as well as a playground and soccer field. There are several swimming lakes and attractions in the vicinity. We also offer massages.

Please note that the room does not have its own kitchen. However, there is a separate, spacious communal kitchen next to the breakfast room.
