Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Palazzo Tondo Apartment consists of a large living area and three bedrooms: two double and one single. All rooms are furnished in such a way as to offer all comforts: the double bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a wardrobe, nightstands, chest of drawers and 32" smart TV and desk. The single room has a nightstand and closet. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, glass shower, bidet, sink and washing machine.

Molinu: sleep in a former oil mill in Santu Lussurgiu

Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

The house is 85 km from Cagliari airport, 15 km from Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf of Oristano, 7 km from the archaeological site of Santa Cristina, famous for the sacred well and the nuragic remains, and 15 km from Nuraghe Losa and the Museum of the Giants of Cabras.

The I.U.N. is P3288. The view from the two-room apartment is breathtaking. Its particular location allows you to admire the sea and the mountains, ideal for your holidays, just 13 minutes by car from the beach of Santa Caterina S'Archittu, Is Arenas, Putzu Idu, Mariermi, Porto Alabe, Bosa Marina and many other beaches. During the stay: tourist tax of 1.00 euro per day per person for a maximum of 7 days. If you use the air conditioner day and night, you pay 3 euros per day for electricity.

It is a great base for visiting the beaches of Sinis, the area of Capo San Marco (Putzu Idu, Sa Rocca Tunda), S'Archittu and Santa Caterina, or visiting the source of San Leonardo and the waterfalls, the well of Santa Cristina or the numerous nuraghes in the area.

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

Ideal for those looking for tranquility, nature and authenticity.
