The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the entire cottage. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).
