The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually at the reception) immediately check into the room upon arrival, which has already preliminarily included heating and hot water boiler. The apartment is cozy,nice,fresh repairs. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi.
