Квартира находится в центре города.Дорога до пляжа займёт 10-15 минут прогулочным шагом по набережной. В 2 шагах находится центр старого города.Так же рядом детская игровая площадка, канатная дорога,морской вокзал,яхт клуб,приморский бульвар,морские прогулки на катерах,экскурсионное бюро. Аптека ,которая работает круглосуточно.Множество ресторанов,баров,кафе.Банки и обменные пункты валюты.Не далеко рыбные ресторанчики и рынок,базар и центральный автовокзал.В соседнем доме супермаркет.

ORBI CITY (block A) is located close to beach (first line), fountain, House of Justice, waterpark, Carrefour market, Batumi Mall and restaurants. MY DELUXE APARTMENT have a great seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, safetybox, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all.
