We live on a 25ha farm only 9km from Bathurst CBD with view overlooking Bathurst. The accommodation we offer is 2 bedrooms with a sitting room & bathroom (with a shower over the bath) which are situated at one end of the house & is separate from our living space. There is a microwave, fridge , toaster & kettle but we do not offer cooking facilities. There is approximately 1km of gravel road to the house. We have cattle, horses & chooks & too many kangaroos 🦘
