20 m2 refurbished studio with south balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower and 2 double beds, in the heart of the dynamic 15th arrondissement, 10 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and a few meters from the metro: our family studio is part of a 70s building, built by our paternal grandfather! Possibility to rent a parking space for €20/day – €100/week. Possibility of luggage drop-off before check-in (3pm-8pm) and after check-out (8am-10am) for €5/suitcase. We look forward to hosting you!

Appartement très lumineux, entièrement équipé, situé dans le sud du 11ème arrondissement, dans l'un des plus vieux quartier de Paris, entre Bastille et Nation. Exposition Nord-Est, donc appartement qui reste frais l'été mais très lumineux toute l'année ! Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.
