The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

Many beautiful day trips, outdoor activities and hiking trails are easily reached by car. The house is fully equipped and furnished, with a private entrance and free parking. This house is located in the old part of Båstad, a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole private courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sun loungers, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed, two extra sleeping places.
