Nice and lovely house Bordeaux Chartrons

Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Small adjoining studio for a single person or couple. You can see the entire room in the photos. Close to all shops. Quiet neighborhood. Bordeaux center 25 min. Near tram A to Buttinière (10 min). Bus 64 down the street that goes to Buttinière. (not WE) TV/Netflix Microwave oven. As the accommodation is small, with no room for dishes, disposable cutlery is provided. Entry is through the white front door with a lockbox.

Full-foot house with garden in a very quiet area, 5 min drive to a tram station and 3 min walk to the SNCF train station. Located 20 min from Bordeaux city center and 15 min from Cité du Vin, Parc des Expositions (Vinexpo), Matmut Atlantique stadium. Access to the Pont d 'Aquitaine is very quick. Free parking in front of the house. Self access (outdoor key box). Long-term opportunity to see together.
