A nice and bright apartment resulting from a complete renovation of a modest home. The renovation was completed in October 2021. Apartment conceived and designed exclusively for tourist use. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a private patio. Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and train station. It has an individual parking space inside the plot, next to the studio. It also has a terrace with table and chairs.

Es un apartamento en una zona tranquila y muy bien situado, con cercanía a lugares de interés como es el Parque Europa, el cual esta situado a 4,9km. También esta a 1,7km de la estación de tren de Torrejón, a 29,8km de Madrid centro y a 18,6km del aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez (Madrid-Barajas). El piso dispone de plaza de garaje gratuita según disponibilidad ( hay que preguntar antes)
