Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The LV Chalet is located less than 30min to popular North Conway, N.H./15 min to Historic Fryeburg, Maine. The Chalet is ideal for couples, friends & families to relax! In the Summer, enjoy beach access to Lower Kimball Lake, nearby Saco River and year round hiking trails. In the winter, the Chalet is situated between ski mountains: Cranmore Mountain & Pleasant Mountain. There’s also close access to Snowmobile trails. On your 10 min walk (or 2 min drive) to the community beach you will pass a playground and basketball court. After you pass through the pine tree path to the lake, you'll find an expansive sandy beach perfect for swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing and paddle boarding or kayaking. Lounging at the house is lovely on the front porch or in the private backyard.
