HEATED POOL — ONE OF THE ONLY ONES IN THE REGION With affection in every corner, this house honours my grandmother. The exclusive pool is heated and treated with salt (gentler on skin and hair). It is 300m from the sea, in a central and quiet area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue and a large table. Supermarket 100m away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

This house, it's like an apartment on the ground floor, is not a bed and breakfast, The location is made only for one family at a time. The pool is for the exclusive use of the family making the reservation. Swimming pool with sanitized water, no chemicals, cleaning is done before 9:00 a.m. The pool can be used from 9.00 to 21.00. Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. I live upstairs, my husband and I don't use the pool while there are guests, we take care of the outdoor common area, patio, garage, and pool. We don't provide towels.
