The house is comfortable and has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a balcony on the upper floor (access via stairs), a living/dining room, an outdoor leisure area with a shower and barbecue grill, a laundry area and a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils. In addition to full access to the house and private parking for one car, you can use the common outdoor leisure areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool and barbecue area. It has Wi-Fi in the living room and new air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The house was designed with great affection, thinking about the convenience of everyone in the family, we opted for all rooms to be suites. And the big shower on the terrace is great for refreshing.
