The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Cozy Coastal Retreat

Newly renovated, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath house, 1200 square feet. Beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen with all necessary essentials. Two blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Carport with parking for 2cars. 4 beach passes included. Linens ( sheets, pillows, blankets and bath towels) included. beach towels are not provided. Netflix, and Disney plus, are available for use. DVD player Washer/ Dryer & Wifi central air. There are several stairs (roughly 20 stairs) to get to our floor.

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. 1 bedroom apartment attached to our home with its own separate driveway and key code entrance. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

Beach badges are included for the last weekend in June through August when they are required by the township!
