Se encuentra en Bellaterra, junto al Campus de la UAB y Sant Cugat y dispone de un total de 5 habitaciones amplias, exteriores y muy luminosas. El jardín y la piscina se comparten con un apartamento independiente con capacidad máxima para dos personas y con una oficina en el ático también con acceso independiente.
