Ischia Ponte - a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, dal centro storico di Ischia Ponte, dove c'e il Castello Aragonese, si trova la nostra casa di famiglia. Immersa in un giardino di limoni, arance e piante mediterranee, la casa dispone di: cucina, 2 bagni, 3 stanze, per ospitare fino a una massimo di 6 persone. All'esterno, in spazi riservati, sara' gradevole una pausa, per godere, dalla colazione alla cena, l'esperienza di vivere in una casa ischitana in pieno centro. Disponibile una zona parcheggio.

Functional, finely furnished, very bright and panoramic with sea view of Capri from the balcony of the living room and from the bedroom window. The kitchen is equipped with both appliances and dishes. The first bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, also includes the laundry room; in the second there is a shower. The house is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, TV, wifi.

Benvenuti a "Villa Il Leccio" Il monolocale è situato in un tranquillo viale privato, a 10 min dalla spiaggia e 5 min da Piazza degli Eroi. Si trova nell'ampio giardino della villetta, di cui si condivide solo il cancello di ingresso. La tassa di soggiorno non è compresa nel prezzo di prenotazione: 2€(persona)/notte. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Nestor's House

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Immerso nel verde, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
