Walking through the middle of Madrid. Very small and cozy apartment. It is distributed over 2 floors with very steep stairs, take special care when going up and down. The ceilings are low, 1.90 cm. For tall people it won't be very comfortable, I guess. On the ground floor the kitchen and living room, upstairs the bedroom, bathroom and desk, interior with 3 windows and the door (all glass) free TV (Netflix...) and 2 fans, it is a low and it is cool. Welcome and take care of it as if it were yours.

Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid).
