Keweenaw Bay Baraga House

The Baraga House has a view of Keweenaw Bay from the back porch, steps away to Larry's Market grocery from the backyard. Cue Master Bar and Grill and the American Legion Bar & Grill (open to public) are located just steps away also. Very convenient for travelers to the Keweenaw Peninsula, just a block from U.S. Hwy 41. The Ojibwa Casino in Baraga is just minutes away. Please be aware that there is a separate, occupied apartment to the house. Blink door bell cameras are on the front and back.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We purchased this house from our dear grandmother who loved her view of the bay, hence the name; Martha’s Bay View. You cannot beat the beautiful view of Lake Superior and the amazing sunsets. Not far from 2nd Sand Beach for swimming and picnics. Use this as home base for all the sightseeing our area has to offer. Fully operational kitchen with microwave, coffee pot/Keurig. No pets and no smoking. All bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.

Come and relax in this cozy 2 bedroom home situated just off the main highway in Baraga, MI. Beautiful year round beach house. This tiny house is located on Second Sand Beach. Guests will enjoy an all sand beach on Lake Superior. It is 8 miles from the town of L’Anse, and a 40 minute drive to Houghton. Cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and ORV trails are minutes away. Participate in the many summer and winter fishing tournaments in the area or relax and unwind on the private beach. A boat launch area is a short walk down the beach.
