It is arranged on two levels and has a large enclosed garden. The kitchen is well equipped. The veranda overlooks the terrace and the enclosed garden.

Old sheepfold in a preserved Cauchois farmhouse (near Yvetot/A150 and A29/20 km from the sea). This sheepfold is isolated in a green setting bordered by a pond and century-old trees, offering a panorama of the farmhouse (horse pastures, manor house, stables, etc.) Enjoy a living room with bay windows, wood stove and double bed (160 sofa bed) with views of the countryside. A mezzanine (max height 170) allows a second 140 bed in a "cabin" style.
