Ideal for a vacation as a couple or with family, located in a quiet area in the historic center of Banyuls, 230 m (3-minute walk) from the beach and shops. The SNCF train station is 450 m (6-minute walk) away.

Totally independent (we share the outdoor staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Character apartment of 60m2 facing the sea, with veranda, beautiful view!!! My apartment is in the old Banyuls : Cap d 'Oune. It's a really charming neighborhood, with beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road ! And it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.

The studio is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible to have a good vacation. Parking nearby, the studio is also a 5-10 min walk from the train station!
