Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. Located in a brand new development and newly furnished. The location is very safe with 24 hour security. Come and enjoy the beautiful sounds and views. The Pastaza river is a safe distance, but you can still hear its water running at night. Best view in all Baños, close enough to the downtown area but far enough that you can forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
