The homestead is on over 5 acres in the "Cowboy Capital of the World". Just 8 minutes to town with lots of live music, BBQ, southern food restaurants and plenty of small-town shopping of boutiques, antiques and more. You can sit by the river or take a stroll down Main Street. The above ground pool is 33 ft round, behind the main house.

Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
