Welcome to my cozy 50 sqm “tiny” house, located in a quiet and green area. The house was built in 2024, so the furniture and interior are not 100% finished yet. The photos will be updated continuously. The house is fully equipped with all practical amenities and can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden, perfect for relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the sun.

Private 1-room house

This space is part of the basement of a large villa, where only the upper floor is inhabited by a family, who will be your host. This space features a large double bed bedroom, a small but complete kitchen as well as a WC separated from the shower. The access to this space is via a private and quiet garden only, available solely for the guests, and with BBQ/outdoor seating. The street is not busy and has free parking. The S-train station serving the city center can be accessed by a 10min walk.

10 m2 camping cabin, shared bathroom and toilet with private entrance in main house. For those who like simple living in backyard, 12 km to Copenhagen. 5 min. to shopping, restaurant, art exhibition, nature, pool and bus to Herlev Station, 12 min. Copenhagen 40 min. Cycling to Copenhagen 35 min. No kitchen, but electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator, service for 2 people. Free Tea, coffee, duvets, bedding, blanket and towel x 2. Internet, Bluetooth speaker and free parking. Non-smoking.

Badeværelse med bruseniche med "regnvandsbruser" og håndbruser. Soveværelset har 2 enkeltsenge, der kan stilles sammen til en stor dobbeltseng. Stue/spisestue med veludstyret køkken med køl/frys-skab, mikrobølgeovn og induktionskogeplade Sofa og spise-/arbejdsbord. Nem indtjekning med nøgleboks.

Nyistandsat lejlighed i det naturskønne Jonstrup.

Der er rig mulighed for at nyde naturen hvadenten det er ved at gå, løbe, cykle, køre mountainbike eller svømme, da områderne Jonstrup Vang, Søndersø (badesø) og Flyvestation Værløse praktisk talt ligger i baghaven. Til lejligheden hører en lille have som deles med lejerne i de 2 andre lejligheder. Der er fri parkering 20m fra lejligheden uden restriktioner. Kun 50 m fra hoveddøren kører den lokale el-bus til Ballerup st. el. Måløv st. Dagligvarehandel i gåafstand, ca. 600m

Nice little house only 15 min from Copenhagen center. Only 15 min walk from nearest trainstation and only 2 min from nearest busline and grossorystore. The house has 3 bedrooms with beds for 6 quests. The house has at big livingroom and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. There a garage for your car. It is possible to charge electric vehicles at the house(please inform me in advance if needed).

Cozy and modern house of 105 m2 in Smørum in a green area outside Copenhagen. The house is 12 minutes walk from Måløv S-train station, that will take you to Copenhagen Central Station in 28 minutes. The house is our private home, that is available when we are away.
