For those wanting to explore the island there are a number of car hire outlets and good public bus connections to Rethymno (30km) and Heraklio. (approx 50km. Jeep safari trips may take you off the beaten track to mountain villages and beautiful beaches Apartments : Valentino apartments and studios, occupy an elevated, uphill position which affords good views. These pleasant studios and apartments are at a quiet spot, 40 m from the sea and less than 5 min walk from the nearest beach and resort center. This apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons, comprising of one bedroom with twin beds and a living room with a single bed and space for a fourth (camp bed) with kitchenette, refrigerator, shower/WC and balcony or terrace, all of which have seaview. This apartment is at the 2nd floor.

An apartment right in the middle of Crete so you can tour the whole island. Within walking distance of the apartment you can find deserted beaches, quiet traditional villages and endless dirt roads for a walk, while two major cities are not far away. Heraklion is 35 km and Rethymno 42. The apartment has a comfortable courtyard. The sunset from the courtyard is literally amazing.The apartment has wifi, smart TV, air condition, washing machine and anything else that makes the accommodation easier.
