We are located 10 minutes from the Swiss border. Only 15 minutes to Lake Constance, as well as to the beautiful Bregenz Forest. You need about 45 minutes to get to the Lech/Zürs ski resort.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.
