Kertünkben bútorozott teraszok, jakuzzi és sütőgető is megtalálható. 2 autónak zárt parkolási lehetőség megoldott.

Our charm is that we rent out the entire house and don't divide our properties into apartments! Those who stay with us, consider the proximity of the waterfront important, do not like to share a garden or property with others. Our holiday house was built in 2022 in Zamardi, 150 meters from the shore of Lake Balaton. The 180-square-meter house on two floors, with 8 seats, all luxury needs, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a large living room and a 40-square-meter covered terrace. The house is equipped with ceiling and floor heating, which provides a stable, steady temperature in all rooms. In the great summer heat, a pool awaits those who want to cool off.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
