The 160 m2 stylishly furnished villa, located directly on the lakefront, awaits its guests with spacious rooms, a huge 75 m2 covered terrace, a 5-person jacuzzi, and an infrared sauna! We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 more people in the living room if needed, +1 extra bed is available. There are also spar, interspar, lidl, farmers' market and other shops in the area. The style of the guesthouse is kind and close to nature, a real second home! We tried to make it a joyful time for our guests. :)

We welcome our guests to our modern, pool, jacuzzi, panoramic, air-conditioned guesthouse. Our guests can stay in a warmly designed, comfortable, air-conditioned house. The terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Venice, which is within walking distance, where we can occasionally monitor the airports of hot air balloons. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.
