CasadiMaria is located at the entrance of Baia Sardinia, it is a family villa that has an apartment for our guests, that is fully furnished and well equipped for a family holiday. The position of the property is very favourable, as it is very close to the local beach Porto Sole, only 100mts, and very close to amenities only 50mt to the nearest shops and bar. The main location in Baia Sardinia is only 300mts walk, the famous Porto Cervo is 4kms distance and nearest Airport Olbia is 30kms away.

Grazioso appartamento piccolo ma ben arredato e con vista mozzafiato sul golfo sopra Porto Cervo, 1 km dalle più belle spiagge della Costa smeralda. Parcheggio privato davanti alla casa, in zona molto tranquilla a due passi dalla famosa vita notturna e dai negozi di Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Arredato di tutto: stoviglie, forno elettrico e microonde, in caso di necessità per cambio di biancheria (asciugamani) il prezzo sarà di 25€. La lavatrice verrà data con almeno 5 giorni di soggiorno.

The house is located in Via Soling, at the end of Via Brigantino, a pochi passi dalla piazzetta di Porto Cervo. It is an independent tiny villa, with a small garden and a private roof terrace. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of which is service toilet with washing machine, toilet and sink) and a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen.
