It is crossing, very quiet, bright with 4 windows, and not overlooked. Ideally located in the historic “Saint Louis” district and close to shops, everything you need is walking distance.

Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe.
