The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only be able to see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi refrigerator, four-base induction hob, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, iron for grilling, and kitchenware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
