Homely furnished apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two inner terraces, a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen and a large dining-living room with two sliding doors to a large sun terrace overlooking the Mar Menor, the islands and the mountains on the other side. Ideal for families with small children. The apartment is front line of the Mar Menor and only 500 m from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean sea. The plot is closed by an electric fence with remote control. Around the complex are parking places for free. The apartment has Internet- WiFi connection for free. The Clubhouse, an enclosure with sports equipments, bicycles, canoes, beach toys for children, etc., free of charge for the customers, is in the same building at two steps from the beach. The clients do not need a car neither for shopping nor to go to the beach because nearby are shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the rental office Inmovecos. It is a spacious apartment with big windows and lots of light and is well equipped to guarantee a very comfortable stay.

This ideally located property, at km 3 is close to Plaza Bohemia, Peke Park, Club Nautic, Zoco. the house has direct access to the beach. the house has a fully equipped kitchen with ground floor shower, under build double bedroom, with 2 further bedrooms on first floor serviced by another shower room. there is a wrap around balcony with views to the west over the mar menor to take in the daily beautiful sunsets. A large outside entertaining space with a jacuzzi bath ( for additional fee).
