Nice attic apartment in Kålltorp. The kitchen has kitchen island, and open floor floor planning towards the living room. The V-room is bright with generous ceiling height where it is possible to create more sleeping places. Around the corner, trams 1, 3 and 5 and bus 17 run, which means that in about 10 minutes you can get to the city center. This apartment of 58 km and 2 rooms is perfect for those who want to take part in both the city of Gothenburg and nature & swimming in the Delsjö area. If needed for more space, contact us, as the whole house may be available, 250 sqm.

This is where I live with my two children. For the weekends that we are traveling, I rent out the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so bring good fitness. In one bedroom (which does not have a door) there is a 160 cm bed. In the children's room there is a 120 cm bed as well as a loft bed (it fits small people and children). Sometimes we have a dog visit, therefore I can not guarantee allergic people a worry-free visit. I only rent to calm people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

Lovely apartment in functionalis-villa in cozy Kålltorp

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with easy distance to Gothenburg city. Here, 3-4 people can enjoy the "home"feeling. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.

Renovated apartment close to city center and swimming lake

Fint renoverad lägenhet om ca 70 kvm i mitt hus- stort allrum med fyra-sex sovplatser samt kök med tvättmaskin och kaklat badrum. Gratis parkering på gatan och mycket nära centrum med två spårvagnslinjer samt buss. Sveriges största nöjespark Liseberg ligger bara några få hållplatser bort. På promenadavstånd ligger Härlanda Tjärn och Skatås där man kan bada samt mycket fina vandringsleder. Detta är Göteborgarnas favoritområde för löpning och fina promenader i vackert naturreservatet.

Do you want to stay centrally but still close to nature and tranquility? Then this is the perfect apartment to stay in. It will be sold soon and rented out during the summer. Sparsely furnished but most things are available, such as access to the laundry room, mini-gym, an equipped kitchen and a nice and sunny balcony that is glazed. Close to the SKF bus stop and grocery stores/restaurants. Currently, there are 3 sleeping places, but a fourth can be arranged without any problems.

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Very nice apartment in central Gothenburg

En fantastisk lägenhet i bagaregården ett stenkast ifrån både centrum och Ullevi. 1minuts promenad och du finner hållplatsen ”Ejdergatan”. Ska du på konsert? Med 6:an och 8:an kan du åka från ”Ejdergatan” till ”Norra Ullevi” på 7min. Lägenheten har ett fint badrum med dusch, ett stort och fullt utrustat kök med köksö och ett sovrum med en uppblåsbar dubbel säng. I det rymliga och vackra vardagsrummet har du möjlighet till att blåsa upp ännu en luftmadrass om ni så önskar.
