Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

STANMA’s Alpine apartment invites you to relax with unobstructed views of the toboggan run. The private infrared sauna in the apartment (charged at €30 per stay at check-in) provides a feeling of wellness after long hikes. The apartment is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Braunlage, but shopping and the town center are within a few minutes’ walk. The fully equipped kitchen, with a convection fryer and dishwasher, is perfect for cooking for 2 people.

The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. We personally selected all of this with a lot of love! :-) What makes it special? Except for the steel casing, almost the entire wall structure is made of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster creates a unique look and a pleasant room climate.

Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.
