Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Rhein und der Insel Grafenwerth, einem beliebten Ausflugsort mit Park, Spielplätzen, Sportflächen und einem Freizeitbad. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sowie Bus- und Stadtbahn. Die Innenstadt von Bad Honnef sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Ein Restaurant und eine Eisdiele befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Im Grünen und doch nah zu Bonn und Köln gelegene Unterkunft, ca. 60 m2, eigener Eingang, zusätzlich ca. 15 m2 Süd-Terrasse an einem großen Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Beachte bitte, dass sich durch die Nähe zum Garten auch einmal ein Insekt in die Wohnung verirren kann. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei großen Zimmern, integrierter Küche , Flur und Bad. Die Nutzung der wohnungseigenen Sauna ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr möglich. Eine Nutzung des Gartens ist nach Absprache möglich.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Your 4-room with 105qm for up to 10 guests is dedicated to many famous artists and is located directly at Cologne Exhibition (20-30Min) and the baroque castle Türnich directly at the nature reserve and the Erft canal. This invites you to hike. You also have a kitchen to cook and feast. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. For TV evenings there is a TV with Netflix. The bathroom with tub invites you to relax, the balcony with south side to chill.
