A gas fireplace (currently still under construction! As of July 22) in the interior, as well as a sauna house in the outdoor area invite you to feel good even on cold days.

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zur Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

Our holiday home is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

The apartment in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people. The 56 m² 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. Experience relaxing hours on the furnished north terrace. The biggest attraction is just 600 meters away, the unique steam locomotive Molli, which runs to Kühlungsborn, 6 km away.
