Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. A wallbox with 11kW is available on the property at cost price.
