Quaint apartment in the old smithy from 1666

Active vacation and city trip, hiking, cycling and winter sports: The Alte Schmiede in Sistrans is the perfect starting point for a break! Between fields, meadows and forests lies the village of 2,500 inhabitants at 1,000 meters directly on the Patscherkofel, with magnificent mountain panorama and views of the Inn Valley. Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

Sunny 60 m2. Apartment/ balcony, garden ... The private house is located on a slope and therefore there are external stairs from the garage to the apartment. Storage space for sports equipment is available downstairs in the garage. We also offer a small gym with equipment such as "Power Plate," indoor bike, various abdominal training equipment, as well as a sauna with shower (by appointment and for a fee) Attention: Absolute non-smoking house Pets are only allowed on request! No large dogs!

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.
