House in a dreamlike mountain setting

In the immediate vicinity of the Rangger Köpfel ski resort (approx. 3 minutes away). In the immediate vicinity of Innsbruck (approx. 15 min). Idyllically situated in a quiet location with a fantastic mountain backdrop. Perfect for families, couples and as a workplace. The accommodation is optimally suited for 4 people. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. There is a separate cot for babies. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

Self-contained apartment for up to 4 people

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Maria Apartment

Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located accommodation. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with its own bathroom and house entrance. Whether it's a skiing vacation, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.

The ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be reached by ski bus or in 15 minutes by car. The area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Glory House

The self-contained 2-4 person apartment is located in the attic of an idyllically located & tastefully furnished single-family house in the Tyrolean municipality of Zirl. The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests. The apartment is accessed via a shared entrance and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, 1-2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/washer-dryer.

Villa Wilhelmine welcomes you in Oberperfuss, 400 m from the cable car. It offers you the closest access to the ski slopes and mountain views. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
