This Charming Landes House has a very beautiful partly covered wooden terrace so you can enjoy your meals outside in all seasons. All this is enhanced by a pretty wooded garden. It is located in Azur at the edge of the road which leads to the ocean (7 km) and the lake (2 km). Near Soustons, Messanges, Moliets and Vieux Boucau. Cycle path 500m away. Surfing, golf, paddle nearby. Central location for visiting the Landes, the Basque country and Spain 1 hour away. no smoking in the house

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
