Annex with privacy in the parish of Maia. Close to the Gorreana Tea Factory and the Tobacco Factory Museum. The walking distance has natural pools, the beach, pedestrian trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Maia is located in the centre of the island, making it easy to drive anywhere on the island.

Quinta do Paraizo- Studio

The Studio is located in Quinta do Paraizo, a typical property from the time of the orange dating back to the 18th century but with all modern amenities. The studio is located in a garden area near the annex-cellar. It is an open space consisting of a small living room, double bed and kitchenette.
