It is an ideal option for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday in this historical old Greek village, which is 5 km from the center of Ayvalık, 3 km from Sarımsaklı Beach and 15 km from Cunda Island. This unforgettable place is far from ordinary. Nature, sea, lake, forest and most importantly peace all together. Walking distance to the sea. You can walk on the trail that starts in front of the house, taking in the iodine smell of the salt lake with flamingos, and enjoy the pristine sea on the beach, which is covered in sand. You can have a barbecue in the garden and watch the sunset. You can take a nature tour with an ATV for an extra fee and have an unforgettable moment. The width of our apartment is 140 square meters 2+1.

In addition to being in touch with the sea and nature, there is a market, a public beach and a paid beach cafe.On the ground floor of our villa, there is a very large veranda private pool and garden area, and there is a living room, kitchen and WC area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, WC & bathroom area and balcony area. It has a very large terrace area where you can watch the sunset. We provide airport and bus station transfers for a fee
