The house is located in front of a lagoon that is formed with an arm of Rio Ibañez, a preferred habitat of migratory birds (Swans, flamingos, crayfish, seven colors, royal duck, among others) It has a room in the first floor, and ample space in second floor. The bathroom is divided into 2 spaces, one for the shower and another for the toilet.
